The objective of the Composition II course is to expand and strengthen students’ academic writing proficiency. Building on foundational skills acquired in Composition I, this course focuses on producing coherent, structured, and varied texts, such as informative, persuasive, descriptive, and analytical essays. As future English teachers, students will enhance their command of writing conventions, cohesion, argument development, and clarity of style in order to model and guide academic writing in the EFL classroom.
